Simon Whitworth – Managing Director

“I joined the company ‘Ward CNC’ then called ‘T W Ward Machinery Ltd’ in 1982 when the ‘Machine Tool Division’ of ‘Thomas W Ward Plc’ was acquired by my father Barry Whitworth by management buyout at that time.

Barry Whitworth was a main Board Director and the Chief Executive of Thomas W Ward Plc and had worked for that company for over 45 years. I took over from him as Managing Director in 1997 and am very proud of the progress, successes and achievements we have made to date.”
