Information
Machine preparation for the addition of a 4th axis electro-mechanical table. Including the switchgear required on the hydraulic unit and in the electrical cabinet (feed regulator for table servomotor), hydraulic hoses and electrical cables to the table location and the associated connectors.
SP-10000 Splash Guarding against swarf at the table front and both sides. Consists of four sliding front doors with a height from the floor of 2.100mm and a length of 1.700mm each one. Manually operated opening and closing with mechanical interlock and interlocking devices in both central doors. The doors can be opened for the full longitudinal traverse. The rear of the table is open. Both right and left sides of the table are closed by a fixed protection. Upper side is open. The operator working position is in front of the splash guarding.
DEFENSE in the back and both lateral sides of the machine column.
This defence is made to avoid anyone trapped under the ram, or hit when it is going to a lower position. The defence of the rear has a height from the floor level of 2.300mm and a door that gives access to the area of the ram. This door is manually opened outwards. The metallic protections of the right and left sides are fixed to the column. The upper side is opened.
