At Ward CNC we understand only too well the importance for our customers to ensure that machine down-time due to breakdown or planned maintenance is kept to an absolute minimum. In recent years we have invested greatly in all aspects of our service department. We pay particular attention to the quality and capability of our personnel and their experience and expertise in the types of machinery we supply and support.

Some key points to consider:-

As an exclusive distributor for our principal manufacturers our service management and service engineers are dedicated to customer support
Our present engineering staff complement has a total of approx 30 people with a collective and extensive experience in excess of 500 years in the machine tool industry.

We offer the Following:-

Extended warranty cover up to 5 years.
Preventative planned maintenance and breakdown cover.
Renishaw™ Laser & Ballbar calibration service. Our extensive experience in the refurbishment and rebuild of used CNC machines then enables us to offer a remedial service of mechanical refurbishment should it be necessary.
Machine removal and re-installation service.
