Hyundai Kia SKT-180TTSY Multi Tasking Twin Spindle CNC Turning Centre

The all new SKT-180TTSY is one of the latest models of machine recently launched by Hyundai Kia offering twin spindles with upper and lower turret configuration at an affordable price.

With features including Y-Axis to the upper turret, Oil cooled built in high performance motors for the left and right hand spindles, BMT turrets and the high quality design and build of Hyundai Kia products, the SKT-TTSY range offers excellent flexibility and productivity.

The 180 size model offers 230 mm turning diameter on both turrets, 65 mm bar capacity and a maximum turning length of 700 mm. Equipped with Fanuc 18iTB as standard Manual Guide-i programming is also included along with many other exceptional features.

Hyundai Kia SKT-2100LMSY Y-Axis Turning Centre with Sub Spindle

The all new SKT-2100SY is another of the latest models of machine recently launched by Hyundai Kia offering sub spindle with BMT65 turret configuration enabling single set up full part production at a competitive price.

With features including Y-Axis of 100mm (+/- 50mm), Oil cooled built in high performance motors for the left and right hand spindles, BMT65 turret and the high quality design and build of Hyundai Kia products, the SKT-SY range offers excellent flexibility and productivity.

The SKT-2100 size model offers 335 mm maximum turning diameter, 65 mm bar capacity on main spindle and a maximum turning length of 455 mm. Equipped with Fanuc 18iTB as standard Manual Guide-i programming is also included along with many other exceptional features.

Hyundai Kia SKT-21LM CNC Turning Centre with C-Axis & Driven Tools

The highly popular SKT-21LM has been subjected to a number of enhancements that improve the machine's user friendly features and overall performance even further than this successful range of models has offered to its users so far.

The SKT-15/21 Series of machines offers models from 2-Axis to models with C-Axis, driven tools and sub spindle. Bar capacity is from 45 mm to 65 mm with turning length up to 530 mm.

In addition to its high quality design and build this range of machines offers many user friendly features including high speed servo turret with 3 piece coupling and one touch tailstock on the non sub spindle models.

Many other exceptional features are available as standard including Fanuc 0iT or 21iT with Manual Guide-i Programming.

Hyundai Kia SKT-400LC Heavy Duty Long Bed CNC Lathe

The heavily built SKT-400LC offers a solid cast iron construction and heavy cutting capabilities. The LC model has a bar capacity of 117 mm, turning diameter of 570 mm and turning length of 2,150 mm. Hydraulic steady rest preparation is an option usually fitted to the long bed Hyundai Kia machines with a variety of steady rest options available to suit customer requirements.

The 37/30 Kw main motor drives the spindle through a 2-speed gearbox. Fanuc 21iT with Manual Guide-i programming is standard.

Other standard equipment includes quick tool setting device and chip conveyor.

Hyundai Kia SKT-300 CNC Lathe for Heavy Cutting

The popular SKT-300 offers a range of features that have a high level of appeal to many customers looking for heavy cutting capabilities from a high quality machine.

The SKT-250/300 Series of machines offers models from 2-Axis to models with C-Axis, driven tools and sub spindle. Bar capacity is from 76 mm to 90 mm with turning length up to 1,250 mm.

Hyundai Kia SKT-200 Compact CNC Turning Centre

The compact SKT-200 offers a range of features that have a high level of appeal to many customers looking for high productivity with a space saving design.

The SKT-100/200 Series of machines offers models from 2-Axis to models with C-Axis, driven tools. Bar capacity is from 45 mm to 65 mm with turning length of 300 mm for the 2-Axis models and 255 mm for machines with driven tools.

In addition to its high quality design and build this range of machines offers many user friendly features including high speed servo turret with 3 piece coupling, tailstock and high accuracy capabilities. Hankook Protec 9NC x 4000 Heavy Duty Large Bore CNC Lathe

The highly successful Protec Range from Hankook offers a variety of specifications with swing over bed from 530 mm to 1,300 mm and distance between centres from 1,000 mm to 8,000 mm.

Large size spindle bore diameter of 176 mm on the 7NB model up to 440 mm on the 13NE model is available along with boring equipment, steady rests, and horizontal or vertical turret configuration options.

The 9NC x 4,000 model on display is equipped with 800 mm front and rear chucks, 254 mm spindle bore, boring equipment, V8 auto indexing tool turret, chip conveyor and Fanuc 21iT with Manual Guide-i and a host of control options and features to suit oilfield equipment manufacturing companies.

Hankook VTC-110 Ram Type CNC VTL with C-Axis & Driven Tools

The VTB & VTC Range from Hankook offers a variety of specifications with turning diameters from 1,000 mm to 2,700 mm, turning height up to 2,000 mm and ram travels up to 1,500 mm.

The VTB offers 2-Axis capabilities with the VTC range providing C-Axis and driven tools. Both ranges are available with pallet changing options.

The VTC-100 model on display is equipped with 1,000 mm diameter 3-Jaw Hydraulic - 4-Jaw Manual Combination Chuck, Tool Setter, Chip Conveyor & Bucket, Coolant System, Full Guarding and Fanuc 21iT with Manual Guide-i and a host of control options.
